After 24 months, 7 Melons will independently transfer the remaining amount (excluding any bonus credit) to a payment account recorded in the player account. If this is not possible due to missing or invalid account details and if 7 Melons is unable to contact you, 7 Melons is obliged to transfer the remaining balance to the AHV compensation fund after a further 24 months (Art. 51 of the Ordinance on Money Games). Any claims against 7 Melons are thereby forfeited in full.

7 Melons reserves the right to assign or otherwise lawfully transfer this Agreement. You may not assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.
The place of performance for all services provided by 7 Melons and the place of jurisdiction is Bern (Switzerland). The relationship between you and 7 Melons is governed exclusively by Swiss law. If individual clauses of the above provisions should be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
