Bonus Conditions

The bonus conditions according to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bonus offers. Persons over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Should there be a conflict due to the social concept, there is no possibility to participate. Employees of the Grandcasino Kursaal Bern AG are excluded from participation.

Any bonus awarded as part of a promotion can only be redeemed once per player account. 7melons.ch reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus credit if the bonus credit offered has not been used within 6 months from the date of receipt.

Bonus credits can only be cashed out after the playthrough requirements have been met. You have the option to withdraw the real money balance in your account at any time. However, you must first cancel the bonuses for which the turnover requirements have not yet been met.

If you receive a bonus code electronically, it will be redeemed directly when you click on the relevant link. If you receive a bonus code as part of an offline promotion, please enter it manually in your player account in the "Bonus Code" field.

What are the terms and conditions for each bonus type?

There are different bonus types, each of which works slightly differently and is subject to different conditions. These are briefly presented below:

Verification Bonus

A verification bonus is a no deposit bonus that is usually given as part of promotions. It rewards new customers for the successful verification of their player account. The verification free spins have no expiration date. Only when the verification of the player's identity and address has been successfully completed will the bonus amount be credited to the player's account. A maximum of one verification bonus per person can be redeemed. In the context of special promotions, a registration bonus may also be awarded for non-verified accounts. Multiple registrations of the same player are also not permitted with this offer and can lead to a complete exclusion of the player.

Welcome Bonus

With the welcome bonus, customers are rewarded for their first deposit. However, in connection with special promotions*, the welcome bonus may also be linked to further conditions, for example that the deposit must be made using a certain payment method. In any case, the bonus amount will be credited to the player's account only after the player's deposit has been successfully completed. There is no time limit for reaching the playthrough requirements.

As a rule, the bonus amount received depends on the amount deposited. For example, in the case of the welcome bonus, the player's account will be credited with a bonus balance equal to the amount deposited up to a maximum of CHF 1,007. However, for special promotions, a fixed bonus amount may also be defined.

*please make sure that you allow communication via e-mail, SMS or post in your account settings so that we can send you the personal bonus code.

Personalized bonus offers

If you allow emails from us in your account settings in your player profile, you will receive additional bonus offers on a regular basis.

What is the playthrough and how is it calculated exactly?

For slot machines, the turnover requirement (playthrough) is 30 times the original bonus amount, for table games 300 times. In concrete terms, this means that for a bonus amount of CHF 10, you must wager a total value of 30 x CHF 10, i.e. CHF 300, if you play exclusively on slot machines. If you want to wager the same bonus amount exclusively on table games, you would have to wager a total of 300 x CHF 10, i.e. a total of CHF 3000. It is best to assume that you will have to wager the bonus amount 30 times - then you will receive 100% of the playthrough for slot wagers and 1/10 for table games. You can check the current progress of the playthrough in your player account at any time.

Unless otherwise specified within the promotion, you can use your bonus balance at 7melons.ch on all games. However, the real money balance will always be used first when playing. The bonus balance will be converted to real money once the playthrough requirement for the original bonus amount has been met.

To make the whole thing a little easier to understand, here is a small example. You have real money worth CHF 300 in your player account and an additional bonus credit of CHF 10. You now place bets worth CHF 100 on a slot machine. These are deducted from your real money balance and count 100% towards the playthrough of CHF 300 to be achieved:

Credit balance when redeeming the bonus:

Real money: CHF 300 / bonus credit CHF 10

Stake of CHF 100 (of which CHF 100 is counted towards the playthrough)

Real money: CHF 200 / bonus balance: CHF 10

You have now wagered CHF 100 of the bonus amount and must wager another CHF 200 to withdraw your bonus balance.

If you now make winnings with this bet, for example, in the amount of CHF 150, this amount will be credited to your real money account. However, only up to the amount that was in your player account at the start of this gaming session. In our example this would be:

Winnings of CHF 150

Real money: CHF 300 / bonus balance: CHF 60

Unfortunately, if you are less lucky and lose your next wager of CHF 90, the amount will now be debited in full from your real money account:

Stake of CHF 90 (of which CHF 90 is credited to the Playthrough)

Real money: CHF 210 / bonus balance: CHF 60

You have now wagered CHF 190 of the bonus amount and must wager another CHF 110 to withdraw your bonus balance.

You now decide to change the game. This time you decide to play Roulette, so a table game. Now the current real money balance is used as the new guideline for your real money balance. In concrete terms, this means that if you win again, your real money account will only be replenished up to a maximum amount of CHF 210. Since Roulette is a table game, one tenth of your bet is also credited to the playthrough. For example:

Stake of CHF 90 (of which CHF 9 is counted towards the playthrough)

Real money: CHF 120 / bonus balance: CHF 60

Winnings of CHF 200

Real money: CHF 210 / bonus balance CHF 170

You have now wagered CHF 199 of the bonus amount and must wager another CHF 101 to withdraw your bonus balance.

As soon as you have placed another wager of CHF 101 on a slot machine (or alternatively a wager of CHF 1010 on a table game), your bonus balance will be converted into real money and you can withdraw it if you wish.

While a bonus is active, it is not possible for you as a player to make a withdrawal. However, you have the option to cancel your bonus in your player account at any time. Please note, however, that a cancelled bonus cannot be restored. You will not only lose your previous playthrough progress, but also the right to redeem the cancelled bonus code in the future.
