Bonus Terms & Conditions
All bonus offers are subject to these Bonus Terms & Conditions and the General Terms & Conditions (T&Cs). Participation is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Players who are excluded from gaming or subject to other restrictions under the Responsible Gaming Policy are not eligible to participate.
Each bonus granted as part of a promotion may only be claimed once per player account. 7Melons.ch reserves the right to remove bonus funds if they are not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms following the date they were credited.
Bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled in full. Cash balance may be withdrawn at any time. However, any active bonus must first be cancelled before a cash withdrawal can be processed.
Bonus codes can be entered and redeemed in your player account under the "Bonus" section by using the "Bonus Code" field.
Bonus Types
Different promotions may be subject to different bonus types and participation requirements. The applicable conditions and specific rules are described in the respective promotion or bonus terms.
Free Spins / Super Spins
Free Spins and Super Spins are awarded as part of selected promotions and may only be used on the games specified in the respective promotion. The validity period, number of Free Spins or Super Spins, and maximum stake per spin are determined by the applicable promotion terms.
Winnings generated from Free Spins or Super Spins are not subject to wagering requirements and will be credited as cash funds once all Free Spins or Super Spins have been completed.
Unless otherwise stated, Free Spins or Super Spins may only be claimed once per person and player account for each promotion.
How Bonuses Work
Example – Welcome Bonus
You deposit CHF 300 and receive a CHF 300 Welcome Bonus, giving you a total playing balance of CHF 600.

1. Playing with Cash
You place a CHF 100 bet on a slot game. The wager is deducted from your cash balance first.

2. Winning with Cash
You win CHF 150.
Your cash balance is replenished up to your original deposit amount of CHF 300. The remaining CHF 50 is credited to your bonus balance.

3. Cash Balance Exhausted
You wager CHF 300 and lose.
The entire amount is deducted from your cash balance.

4. Playing with Bonus Funds
As your cash balance has been exhausted, all further wagers are deducted from your bonus balance.
You wager CHF 100 from your bonus balance and win CHF 200.

5. Continuing with Bonus Funds
You wager CHF 200 from your bonus balance and win CHF 400.

6. Wagering Requirements Completed
Once all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled, the remaining bonus balance is automatically converted into cash.
The resulting cash balance can then be withdrawn.
Important: If the bonus is cancelled or any cash funds are withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been completed, the bonus balance and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Game Contribution to Wagering Requirements
Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements.
· Slot Games: 100% contribution
· All other games: 10% contribution
· All Roulette games, Baccarat and Progressive Jackpot games: 0% contribution
Example: If a bonus has a wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount, a CHF 10 wager on a slot game contributes CHF 10 towards the requirement, whereas a CHF 10 wager on a table game contributes only CHF 1.
When playing with bonus funds, the maximum stake is CHF 300 per game round.
The maximum withdrawable winnings from bonus funds are CHF 250,000.
You can monitor your wagering progress at any time in the Bonus section of your player account.
Withdrawals are not possible while a bonus is active. However, you may cancel an active bonus at any time in your player account.
Please note that cancelled bonuses cannot be reinstated and any wagering progress already achieved will be lost.
Withdrawals
Once all wagering requirements have been completed, the resulting cash balance may be withdrawn.
If the wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period, the bonus balance and all associated winnings will expire.
Each player may claim only one Welcome Bonus.
