Withdrawals via Apple Pay from your player account are unfortunately not possible, as Swiss law only allows withdrawals to Swiss bank accounts. These transfers are always free of charge, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Please note that this account must also be in your full name.

For this reason, we cannot transfer your withdrawal to the account of a relative or acquaintance, even if you explicitly authorise us to do so.

Please also note that it can take 3–4 business days for a withdrawal to be approved.
