❓ How can I collect points for the Reward Shop?

Through wagering: per CHF 1 on slots = 1.2 points, on table games = 1 point. At certain thresholds you level up in rank.

🎁 Can I share or gift rewards with other players?

Points cannot be transferred. Physical rewards you order can be given away or kept after delivery.

⬇️ Can I go down a level?

No. There are several levels, but no gradation. Once you reach a level, you stay there.

🔁 Can I unsubscribe or re-subscribe to the Reward Shop?

Yes. Note: when you unsubscribe you lose all earned points and will start again from scratch if you re-subscribe.
Unsubscribe: 7 Melons > Account Information > "Unsubscribe”. Re-subscribe: same path.
