No, exchanging points for real money is not possible.

🎁Can I share or gift rewards with other players?

Points cannot be transferred. Physical rewards you order can be given away or kept after delivery.

No, currently downgrading is not foreseen.

🔁Can I unsubscribe or re-subscribe to the Reward Store?

Yes. Note: when you unsubscribe you lose all earned points and will start again from scratch if you re-subscribe.
Unsubscribe: 7 Melons > Account Information > "Unsubscribe”. Re-subscribe: same path.
